Weekly Kickboxing Classes - ARO Kickboxing

 

Our mission is to bring to you the everyday person quality, affordable and safe martial arts, kickboxing and fitness in a safe, fun and non-intimidating enviroment, focused on you as an individual to strive to achieve the best you can be to the highest level of excellence and self well being.

Improved self confidence, Improved concentration, Anti bullying, Discipline, Improved school work, Fit and active kids, Classes from pre-school to adults, Stranger danger.

Children will be expertly coached and learn a range of skills, all instructors are first aid trained, fully insured and CRB checked

Weekly Zumba classes take place on a Tuesday  6.30 - 7.30pm in our sports hall and on a Thursday 6.30 - 7.30pm in our dance studio. Both classes are are drop in sessions and all are welcome

Weekly Wednesday Workout

 

Moderate exercise for men and women; standing moving and floor exercises. A fun way to meet all your fitness needs. First class free

 

Weekly Fitter Sitters

 

Gentle, seated exercise to music. A fun class and then a social cuppa

Weekly Dance & Tone

 

A fun class with easy dance routines to your favourite songs. Suitable for all ages and abilities

Weekly Pilates with Roz

 

Learn to look after your muscles, minor as well as major, and balance your body. Become healthier, stronger, leaner and more supple. Pilates exercises are designed to work for all ages and all levels of fitness

WEEKLY WEDNESDAY FITNESS CLASS - Legs, Bums & Tums Classic aerobics

WEEKLY - TAI CHI CHIH joy through movement

 

Learn a mindful moving meditation. courses for 8 weeks on Monday afternoons from 3.30 to 4.30pm Beginners classes at £48. No special equipment required. Free student notes/PDF T'ai Chi CHih promotes emotional and physical health in a gentle way. Standing or seated and within own personal capabilities. Students who practise regularly feel calmer and more relaxed. Other benefits improved posture, balance and flexibility. TCC also supports creativity, focus and helps with sleep and stress issues. FROM 10th October 2017 - Baby & Toddler Play with Bounceabout every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 9am to 12noon. £4 per child, £2 for siblings, £2 for babies of sitting to walking age. Refreshment on sale throughout the morning. Plenty of free parking.
